We're excited to welcome you to Queen Pilates. Most new clients begin with a Free Preview Class, followed by our 3 Class Introductory Package. Choose the location that works best for you and experience the Queen Pilates difference.

First-Time Pilates Client Checklist

Wear Grippy Socks: Grippy socks are required for classbring your own or purchase in the studio.

Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early: Give yourself time to check in, get oriented, and settle in before class begins.

Bring Water: Stay hydrated! A water bottle is always a good idea.

Wear Comfortable, Fitted Clothing: Choose clothing that allows you to move freely and helps instructors see your form.

Let Your Instructor Know If You're New: They’ll guide you through the basics and offer modifications as needed.

Inform Staff of Any Injuries or Concerns: This helps the instructor tailor the experience to your needs.

Turn Off or Silence Your Phone: Help keep the space peaceful and distraction-free for everyone.
