Become a Pilates Instructor this Summer.

Our 250-hour Pilates Teacher Training is designed to prepare you to confidently teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates, blending the best of classical and contemporary methods. This program provides a balance of lecture, practice, observation, and teaching experience, giving you the tools to build a successful career as a Pilates professional.

Teacher Training Details

Program Structure
Plus sign
  • Lecture Hours: 112 hours (Saturdays & Sundays, 1–8pm)
  • Observation: 30 hours
  • Practice Hours: 25 hours
  • Self Practice: 25 hours
  • Queen Pilates Credits: 25 credits included in tuition
  • Practice Teaching: 48 hours
  • Assistant Teaching: 10 hours
  • Exams: Written exam + 2-hour final practical exam

Students must obtain liability insurance in order to practice in our private room. Affordable options are available through providers such as Philadelphia Insurance and Next Insurance.

  • Mat + Reformer (Full Program – 250 hours)
  • Early Bird pay in full: $3500 by 05/31/2026
  • Payment Plan: 10 x $380 by 05/31/2026
